All orders are shipped UPSP Priorty for $4.95

USPS Priority Mail:The United States Postal Service offers a Priority Mail shipping option delivered Nationwide ( USA only) within an average of 2-3 days. Priority Mail packages are delivered Monday through Saturday only. Sunday deliveries are not available with this option. All orders shipping via Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives safely. Most orders ship out the same business day.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged items can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.

Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry items
  1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
  2. Print the Return Form and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the package.

Send your items with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
